The front page looks good. The picture is clear, the stories are interesting, and overall it looks like a legit newspaper. The only thing really wrong with it is the fact that the main picture does not have an article to go along with it. It should either have a story to go with it or there should be a picture for the other stories on the page. It’s just randomly there and it would be more interesting to readers if they got more information right next to the picture other than just the picture’s caption.
On the third picture of the newspaper called the Hatchet, the layout looks really nice. It looks authentic and there does not seem to be many major problems that would disturb the person reading the newspaper. One of the articles is in a shaded box which makes it easier to read. The ad at the bottom corner is in a convenient spot for both the newspaper and the people supplying the advertisement. In the shaded box however, there is some gaps of blank space. The article should have either been longer or there could have been something there to make it seem less empty.
Overall, the paper looks good and fits newspaper standards.
